{"id":2347,"date":"2015-07-22T15:12:01","date_gmt":"2015-07-22T19:12:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unclerickaudios.com\/?p=2347"},"modified":"2015-07-22T15:12:01","modified_gmt":"2015-07-22T19:12:01","slug":"learning-to-do-your-duty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.characterconcepts.com\/unclerick\/2015\/07\/22\/learning-to-do-your-duty\/","title":{"rendered":"Learning To do Your Duty"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Hey, little buddies!<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/div>\n<div>George Washington once said, \u201cMake sure you are doing what God wants you to do&#8211;then do it with all your strength.\u201d\u00a0 You might be surprised how many people you know are drifting through life, just doing enough to get by.\u00a0 Many people go to work, come home, eat supper and spend the rest of the evening watching television.\u00a0 They don\u2019t serve others through volunteer work, improve their minds by reading a good book, or make an effort to share the gospel.\u00a0 They just try to have fun and avoid trying very hard at anything.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/div>\n<div><u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/div>\n<div>Washington wasn\u2019t like that and we\u2019re glad he wasn\u2019t.\u00a0 His life was far from easy because he worked hard and faced danger for the sake of doing important things.
